Skype Support

(As applicable – use of Skype depend on contract, for one-on-one counseling.)

Skype (skype.com; opens in new tab/window) is a free voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) technology that is really easy to use.

Your computer must have a microphone and speaker but that's it. If users have web cameras, you can also see each other.

To get started:

1. Download software from skype.com (opens in new tab/window) – available for Mac OS, MS Windows, Linux, smart phones, …
    
2. Install software.
    
3. Create an account.
    
4. Make your first call(s) to Skype Test Call – a pre-registered contact – to adjust settings for microphone and speaker.
    
5. That's it. You are now ready to make calls and participate in one-on-one sessions with your Strategic Intelligence counselor.

Aside the time to download the software, which depends on your broadband connection, the whole process takes about 5 to 10 minutes.
